“What should I expect?”
Every MUN piece is lovingly crafted, finished & assembled by hand. This process lends a distinct personality, making each piece unique, even if it’s in very subtle ways. Tiny variations in moulding and casting, in finishing and polishing, materials etc. is to be expected – in fact, this is a MUN feature, not a bug.
This is what signifies that while there may be more of any particular item out there, that one is yours, and there isn’t one exactly like it anywhere in the world.
This is also why we offer the somewhat broad “ships in 1-4 weeks” delivery schedule – however, as part of our endeavor to always improve, and because we won’t always be starting out like we are as of early 2017, expect to see more granular shipping times in the future.

MUN Customer Vision
“The customer is always right”, or so the old saying goes – and while we retain the privilege and obligation of being professionals of our craft, we certainly contend that every one of our dear customers has the right to feel understood and accommodated. We are at your service. To us, your service experience is at the very heart of our business, and every single member of the MUN staff family will be empowered to give you an experience of authenticity and understanding.
We aim to respond in substance to any email within 24 hours, but we’ll usually get to you right away.
Never hesitate to reach out to us – with feedback, both good and bad, questions, or ideas that you want to share. Or just to say “hi!”.
Every purchase from MUN comes with a 14 day full return policy.
We don’t think you’ll ever need it but we certainly wouldn’t want to see you stuck with jewellery you’re not satisfied with – so this is what you do: If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your item, contact us within 14 days of purchase and let us know you wish to return it. In order for a full return to be accepted, the item must obviously be in mint condition, and may not carry any signs of use. Your rule of thumb is this: If you wouldn’t buy it as new again, then neither will anyone else, and therefore we can’t accept it back in stock with a full return.
After contacting us you have another 14 days from that point to affect return – if you need it, we will advise you on how to do so when you get in touch with us.
Note: The right of full return is void if your purchase has been personalized in any way. This would include things like monograms, which we’re happy to do upon request, or any other alteration from the product as displayed on this website.
We also offer an exchange service, for example if you receive a MUN piece as a gift. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item you may exchange it for another one. The service is free of charge, excepting of course any price difference between the returned and the new item.
This is how it works: Contact us to inform us that you’d like to exchange your purchase, and what you’d like instead – we will then email you a return slip for the package. When we receive the return package we will contact you for a final confirmation of the exchange – we will ask you to pay the price difference if applicable, and then we’ll send your new item (if there’s a price difference in your favor we’ll refund it upon shipping).
If an items breaks or is damaged you may send it to us for servicing – and if the damage is a result of faulty production we will, of course, fix or replace it without charge.
In this case we recommend you take a picture or video of the damage/issue and send it to us – we will then review it and inform you how to proceed. In some cases there may be a partner of ours in your geographic location who we can put you in touch with, which will usually be much more convenient than sending the item to us – this will all be taken care of on a per-case basis, though.

MUN accepts Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and PayPal.
All payments are processed through a a NETS/Teller approved payment server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. No credit card information is retained by MUN. The payment will be withdrawn from buyer’s account upon shipping of the order.
Note that payments may be subject to card fees, which will be added to the order amount at checkout.
